Accurate addresses help providers arrive at the right location and keep travel fees fair.

Address format

Use South African address order: street number, street name, suburb, city, province, and postal code. When an address suggestion appears, select it so structured fields and coordinates are populated together.

Map pins

If you use a map pin, place it on the exact entrance, reception area, or service point. A nearby road or neighbourhood centre can create wrong routing and inaccurate travel calculations.

At-home bookings

Travel fees, service radius, and availability depend on provider settings. If a provider cannot service the address, choose another location or book at the provider venue.
