The customer app can surface provider shops, product orders, and package offers where enabled.

Before buying

• Confirm product variant details such as size, colour, scent, or volume.
• Review collection, delivery, or fulfilment instructions before payment.
• For packages, check included services, included products, redemption rules, and expiry.

After buying

Open the order detail to track fulfilment and receipt access. If a product variant is wrong, contact the provider or support before collection or delivery is completed.
